We would like to share some of the details of the new office with you as well as introduce you to the dental team.
Where is the office located?
Our new office is located at 4531 Philadelphia St. Suite B-107, Chino, CA 91710. For those who are more familiar with the area, we are on the corner of Philadelphia and Ramona off the 60 Fwy.
We hope you enjoyed getting to know our staff members at Delicate Smiles. Our goal first and foremost is to deliver excellent dental care and to provide exceptional patient experience. We strive to make you feel very comfortable and right at home the moment you step into our office. Our intention is to build long lasting relationships by getting to know the community and every single one of our patients. We are confident that you will be cared for and pleased because our doctors and staff believe that a visit to the dental office should be more than a visit, it should be an experience. Lourdes
Office Manager, Billing/Insurance Specialist, and Treatment Coordinator
Lourdes wears many hats at Delicate Smiles. She is our office manager, billing/insurance specialist, and treatment coordinator. She began her dental career in 2001. She attended UCLA to receive her degree as a Registered Dental Assistant with Extended Functions. She likes to make sure that every patient has a great experience. When she is not in the office, she enjoys watching documentaries, reading, cooking and spending time with family members and friends.
Kimmy
Dental Assistant/Back Office Supervisor
Kimmy has worked as a Certified Dental Assistant. Since 2012, she graduated from UEI. Her priority is to get a positive connection with our patients. When she is not working, she loves to keep up with her favorite baseball team, The Los Angeles Dodgers and her favorite medical Show Grey’s Anatomy. Her favorite quote is: “Work for a cause, not applause. Live life to express, not impress. Don’t drive to make your presence notice, just make your absence felt. “
Brenda
Registered Dental Assistant
Brenda has worked as a Certified Dental Assistant. Since 2016, she graduated from UEI. She loves to work one-on-one with patients and help them to improve their overall smile. When she is not working, she loves everything outdoors and watches her favorite show, Grey's Anatomy on Netflix. Her favorite quote is: “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.”
